1. Portal owners choose a template (Poster, YouTube, or Communities) that end users must complete before WiFi.
2. QR codes and gate links must point users to the official portal gate page.
3. Portal owners are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their posters, videos, and community topics.
4. Bandwidth and zone limits follow the purchased advanced package.
5. Misuse of branded portals (phishing, malware, deceptive content) will result in suspension.
